For MBBS admissions, candidates should've passed Class 12 board exam or an equivalent exam in Science stream with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks whereas a relaxation of 5% has been given to all SC/ST candidates who have to secure a minimum of 45% aggregate marks.

 Candidate should've completed 10+2 from a recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as the main subjects. The candidate applying for this course should also be medically fit.

To become eligible for AIIMS PG entrance exam, aspirants applying for MD/MS must possess an MBBS degree and BDS degree is a requirement for pursuing MDS. The degree should be from an institution recognised by Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India. The compulsory one-year rotatory internship is another requirement. Candidates belonging to General/OBC category must have secured a minimum 55% aggregate in MBBS, whereas SC/ST candidates get a relaxation of 5%.
